Sales Tax

  • Kritalia & Co. is currently registered to collect sales tax in every state in the U.S. that imposes a sales tax. Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. Kritalia & Co. continuously monitors state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.

  • Client shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it’s specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase which Kritalia & Co. does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website.

  • Kritalia & Co. is currently enrolled in the State of Alabama’s Simplified Sellers Use Tax Program (Account SSU-R009639277). This program, created under Statute 40-23-192, allows eligible sellers to participate in a program to collect, report and remit a flat eight percent (8%) sellers use tax on all sales made into Alabama. Kritalia & Co. collects Simplified Sellers Use Tax on all sales to Alabama clients and remits the tax on behalf of clients to the Alabama Department of Revenue.

Return Policy

  • What products are eligible for returns?
    • Holiday Extended Return Policy

    All orders placed between November 1 and December 15 2023, can be exchanged or returned until January 15 2024.

    Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

    • Merchandise under $75,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
    • Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.
    • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
    • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
    • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable condition.
    • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
    • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
    How do I return an online purchase?

    Kritalia & Co. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

    • Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.
    • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.
    • You may also return your item at any of our Kritalia & Co. stores in the U.S. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.
    What will my refund look like?

    For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.Kritalia.com or at Kritalia & Co. U.S. locations, or through our client advisors.

    For in-store purchases: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Kritalia & Co. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Kritalia & Co. U.S. locations, on www.Kritalia.com, or through our digital client advisors. Client’s failure to properly declare the merchandise and/or pay appropriate taxes and duties in any jurisdiction outside of the U.S. may prevent Kritalia & Co. from providing after-sales service on such merchandise.

    What if I wanted an exchange instead?
