Where no policy or guideline exists, Independent Distributors should use their professional judgment and take the most prudent action possible.

Personal blogs, websites and social media profiles should have clear disclaimers that the views expressed by the author are the author's alone and do not represent the views of DESTINA 1. E.g., "The opinions and positions expressed are my own and don't necessarily reflect those of DESTINA 1
You must represent yourself accurately and clearly state your relationship with DESTINA 1 as Independent Distributor. No other claims may be made as employee, agent or otherwise.
You may not use DESTINA 1's trademarks or brands in any username or handle on any social media platform. These include but are not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin.
Information published on your blogs, websites and social media profiles should comply with DESTINA 1's Rules & Regulations. (See clause 26.7 of the Rules & Regulations). This also applies to comments posted on other blogs, forums, and social networking sites.
Distributors may not use or attempt to register or sell any of DESTINA 1 and its associated companies' trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, or any derivative there of for any internet domain name or email address (See 19.3 of the DESTINA 1's Rules and Regulations).
By identifying yourself as an Independent Distributor, you identify yourself with the brand image and the values of DESTINA 1. As such, your online activity can affect others' perceptions of DESTINA 1, its products and services. It is, therefore,essential to be aware that your actions captured via images, posts, or comments can reflect that of DESTINA 1.
You must use only text found on DESTINA 1's official website.
You may not supplement the content of your website or social networking profile with text from any source other than DESTINA 1
All content must be spell-checked.
All misleading or deceptive activities, information and tactics are prohibited.
Respect copyright laws, references or cite sources appropriately.
No abusive language is permitted.
No personal attacks are permitted.
Independent Distributors must always disclose their relationship or identify themselves as a DESTINA 1 Independent Distributor when commenting on DESTINA 1 and its products.
Independent Distributors who provide testimonials online must be truthful and subject to typical results. E.g. 1: "D1 Scalar Pendant cured my snoring problem" While that may be an honest opinion, it is not a specific result, and therefore, any such idea posted online would violate the current guidelines unless there is valid research to support the claim. E.g. 2. "I made USD 25,000 in one month with DESTINA 1, and you can too." While this statement may be true, the result is not "typical". Such information would violate the current guidelines. Whenever discussing earnings, you should refer to clause 10.4 of DESTINA 1's Rules and Regulations for guidance on this subject matter.
For paid Internet advertising, such as Facebook ads, DESTINA 1's logo or trademark may not be used. All links must be directed to the ID's Personal Website, not DESTINA 1's official site.
If you have a complaint with DESTINA 1, contact DESTINA 1 for resolution through any official social media channels available at www.destina1.com or the 24/7 multilingual DESTINA 1 Support Centre (D1 GSC). Please do not use other social media to express your grievances publically, as DESTINA 1 will have no way of addressing your grievance; Many of the people who read your grievance won't know when it is resolved, so they will be left with bad unresolved feelings that may never be corrected.
Shipping Policy
DELIVERY OF PRODUCT/S
1) We will deliver the product/s if it is/they a/are good/s, ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you made your order or at the time of payment of a product under RPP.
2) Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted or at the time of payment of a product under RPP, and within thirty (30) days of your order or payment. Delivery will be by way of courier or other similar services.
3) In the event that the first attempt at delivery fails for whatsoever reason, a maximum of two (2)further attempts to deliver/contact you will be made within a period of ten(10) days after the first attempt. If, for any reason whatsoever, the attempts to deliver/contact you are still unsuccessful, your product will be classed as undeliverable.
4) Once your product is classed as undeliverable and returned to us, you must bear all return shipment charges and reshipment charges for any other reshipment attempts.
5) In the event that you cannot be contacted within ninety (90) days of the first delivery attempt or the product remains undeliverable as defined in clause 10.3 above, in either case, you are deemed to have abandoned the product, and it will be disposed of at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you whatsoever nor refund any money to you by way of compensation.
6) You will become the owner of the product/s if it is/they a/are good/s, ordered by you when they have been delivered to you. Once the product/s have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
7) If the product/s you ordered are unavailable, we will, at our sole discretion, provide you with substitute product/s of equivalent quality and prices. If you do not agree to accept the substitute product/s, you may return them to our contact address. We shall bear any cost of returning any such substitute product/s.
8) If the product/s you order is/are not goods, the email we send you for the confirmation of our acceptance shall be conclusive evidence of a binding contract between us for your purchase of the product/s.
Return Policy
1) Contract for Sale of Goods
If the products that you ordered from us are goods, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods that you have ordered at any time up to the end of the:
i) Seventh (7th) day from the date of your receipt of the product/s, if your order is made in any EU member, state or the US; or
ii) Sixtieth (60th) day from the delivery date of the product/s to you if your order is made in Singapore.
iii) Tenth (10th) day from the date you order the product/s if your order is made in Australia or Hong Kong.
iv) Seventh (7th) day from the date you order the product/s if your order is made in a territory other than a European Union member state, the United States, Singapore or Australia.
2) Contract for Sale of Services
If the products that you ordered from us are related to services other than goods, you may cancel your contract with us for the services that you have ordered at any time up to the end of the:
i) Tenth (10th) day from the date of our email confirming our acceptance of your order if your order is made in any EU member state or the US; or
ii) Sixtieth (60th) day from the date of our email confirming our acceptance of your order if your order is made in Singapore.
iii) Tenth (10th) day from the date you order the service/s if your order is made in Australia or Hong Kong.
iv) Seventh (7th) day from the date you order the service/s if your order is made in a territory other than a European Union member state, the United States, Singapore or Australia.
3) To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing in accordance with clause 12.
4) If you received the product/s or any materials from us relating to the product/s before you cancel your contract, you must send the product/s or those materials back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract, but we have already processed the product/s for delivery, you must not unpack the product/s or any such related materials when you receive them. You must deliver the product/s or those related materials back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
5) Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be subject to the deduction of the aggregate sum of the following:
i) a reasonable administration fee charged by us
ii) will deduct 100% on CVs and bonus paid; and
iii) applicable fees charged by your bank
The net refundable amount will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of your order, PROVIDED THAT the product/s in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the products offered or do not pay the delivery costs, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost/s of recovering the product/s from the amount to be re-credited to you.
