WARRANTY

Your Kritalia & Co. product is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the time of purchase, under the Terms and Conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers material and manufacturing faults and comes into force only if the warranty certificate is fully and correctly completed by an authorised Kritalia & Co. office.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover strap, crystal breakage and/or damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, movement caused by humidity or moisture entering the product, and mishandling or damage caused as result of servicing by an agency not authorised by Kritalia & Co. . In case of defects covered by the warranty, your product will be repaired by our authorised service partners free of charge. If work is done under warranty, Kritalia & Co. or its service partners may charge for postage and insurance.

The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the product by any person not duly authorised by Kritalia & Co. or its representatives.

After expiry of the warranty period, Kritalia & Co. remains at your entire disposal for repair and maintenance of your product, at a corresponding charge.
