For in-store purchases: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Kritalia & Co. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Kritalia & Co.
